I’ve been following this ‘diet plan’, yes you heard it right I’m on a diet (or so I say). I got tired of just eating fried chicken and fried tilapia and tofu so I decided to google some recipes that would fit the so called ‘diet plan’. So let me start with one of my favorite dish so far, Chicken Curry with Kangkong (Water Spinach).

Ingredients:
Skinless Chicken Breast (allowance)
Salt
Pepper
Curry Powder
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Kangkong (veggie allowance)

Marinate your chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and curry powder. Leave it for an hour so that the flavor will stick to the chicken. Chop the kangkong leaves and mix it with some salt and pepper (or you can use the container where you marinated the chicken). Then fry your chicken with canola oil after that fry your kangkong using the same pan.

Easy right? The flavoring really depends on how spicy you want your chicken.

If you have any recipe please dont hesitate to send me a copy. I will surely appreciate it. :)

Xx

They should have voted for Wisely. God bless PH.

God bless PH indeed.

I will never say that I’m sad. I will never say that I’m hurt because I dont want other people to pity or whatever. Why? Because that’s not me.

This is just so funny cant help but share it. Credits to the owner! Hahahahaha
